FAQ’s

"Neil, from NB Flooring, has supplied and fitted all of the flooring throughout my house after a full refurbishment was completed. He laid everything from the carpets in our bedrooms and stairs to the vinyl in our bathroom. He also laid our solid wood, tongue and groove flooring throughout our entire downstairs. His workmanship was flawless throughout and he even recommended an outstanding joiner who fitted our kitchen and did all of the woodwork throughout the house. I could not recommend Neil and his team highly enough."

Not always, but it’s often advised so that the new carpet can be fitted properly and stay taut to stop any movement. This is important for the life of the carpet that is fitted and also helps to stop any lumps or bumps occurring.

Well that’s kind of difficult to answer. Really it depends on what vacuum cleaner you have and what pile of carpet you choose. We can advise on this when you’re selecting your carpet, it’s also a good idea to check with the manufacturer of your vacuum cleaner.
